When you bookmark a property, the information is stored locally in your device's secure system storage. This data never leaves your device and is not synchronised with any servers.
Property boundaries and administrative data are fetched from the public services of BUPi and DGT. This data is already anonymised at the source and does not include owner names. Requests to the BUPi API do not include any personal or device identifier.

The map's satellite imagery is served by Esri's World Imagery service. Its use is subject to Esri and its partners' policies.
When you choose "Open in Maps", the app launches Apple Maps with the coordinates of the selected property. Use of that service is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
All preferences, bookmarks and settings are stored locally on your device using secure system storage. No data is sent to any external servers under our control.
Because we do not collect or transmit personal data, there are no security risks associated with its storage or transmission on our part.
PIBUP does not collect data from any user, including children under 13 years of age.
